Join us for an exciting and creative workshop with Diversus Health, where we’ll explore how music can uplift our mental health! Together, we’ll dive into a lyrical analysis of Shea Diamond’s “I Am Her,” discovering the impact of powerful lyrics. Then, you’ll get to choose a song that speaks to you and do your own lyrical deep dive. We’ll wrap up by sharing and discussing what our chosen songs mean to us.
