DESCRIPTION:Mental health is so important. Prism has partnered with Diversus Health to bring a mental health clinician into space on the 4th Thursday of every month to support community mental health needs. \nCome meet with Nicole Grunenwald for mindful and confidential sessions in two ways: \n\none-on-one\, 30-minute sessions take place between the hours of 3 PM–4:30 PM\nGroup Therapy Session from 4:30 PM–6 PM\, featuring monthly topics of focus.\n\nGroup Therapy Focus Sessions: \nApril – Self-esteem / Self-worth\nMay – Grief\nJune – Trauma\nJuly – Trauma Regulation\nAugust – Dysphoria \nAll are welcome\, and no appointments are required for one-on-one sessions. \nIf you wish to attend a Group Therapy Session\, be sure to stop by Prism a little early to speak with the Diversus Health Outreach Specialist. \nMeet Nicole Grunenwald:\nNicole Grunenwald\, LCSW\, offers a compassionate and affirming space for LGBTQIA2+ individuals to explore challenges\, develop coping strategies\, and work towards personal growth. Nicole is deeply committed to helping individuals become the best version of themselves. She takes pride in creating a dependable and supportive environment where clients can heal and thrive. With a trauma-informed approach\, Nicole meets clients where they are\, offering understanding and empathy as they navigate life’s challenges. \nNew to Prism?
